Cons
Cutting hours and terrible hours. I have to start at 0400 and there has to be atleast one weekend day included in this. I have to give two weeks notice to take a days leave and managers dont check the leave plan regularly to authorise leave. Being a shift worker i dont see the managers regularly enough action my leave.
