You can be sent home early so that the company can save money. When you've worked there for ten years you'd be glad for the opportunity of the early finish
Cons
It's like living back in the years of primary school playtime. Childish crap like.. oh your 2 mins late back off your break. When you have been stopped by a customer that needs taking to the product and then you ask them politely "can I help you with anything else love?" And you recieve a shopping list. BOTTOM LINE IS "IVE WASTED 10 YEARS OF MY LIFE THERE!! Please don't do the same xx
