Pros
Great team work on shop floor, everyone will help everyone else if needed, great sharesave scheme and pension scheme. Good team building skills and if you want to climb the tree the opportunities are there.
Cons
Depending on which stores or departments you work in, you are expected sometimes to do the work of 10 people, but not all the time. Customers are our job, but support for colleagues if a customer complains are not always forthcoming. The company will side with the customer before the colleague. A little bit more listening needs to be done. Weekends.
