Pros
A great set of people to work with, have made a lot of friends over the years. unfortunately its very difficult to keep in touch with them when you move stores. Always had job security. Started as a colleague, moving into Management.
Cons
Sometimes when other colleagues are off, more hours need to be put in. Have had good and bad Leadership over the years, mainly good. colleagues at times can be challenging, they have to understand we have to do what we need to keep the company going forward, to achieve a stable future for them and their families.
