> You're left to your own devices for the most part. As long as jobs gets done in a decent time then management are happy to leave you to it. > Colleagues tend to end up very friendly with eachother
Cons
> This may not apply to every store but, in my case personally at least, the security is at a minimum > It is sometimes hard to get a hold of management for help with customer queries and grievances
