£10.10 an hour pay. Your never stuck for something to do. There is lots to be getting on with.
Cons
Overworked Covering multiple shifts Working long hours 6 days a week with little time off to recuperate. Lack of interest from managers when a concern is raised. Lack of health and safety especially for people with medical issues like myself. No consideration for people who have to rely on public transport to get to work and back home due to not being able to drive. Walmart log in still not issued after 8 months+ of service to the store and repeatedly asking for it. This means I can't book a holiday or check payslips. I have lost my holidays now. Significant delay to receiving any uniform to work for the store. Complete ignorance of struggling or health deterioration due to medical illness, heat exhaustion or sickness of any kind. Young staff get treated with the least respect and are dumped on anything other people don't want to do.
