Pros
The staff are great people to work with, get on easily, easy to talk to managers and section leaders that'll listen to you rather than just hear you and then not take action on anything.
Cons
Can be very tedious when it comes to asking for overtime, for example if you were on 20 hours a week and could be doing up to 40, and you tell many managers of the situation and then they'll tell you they will find more hours for you (almost as a promise) soon and you'll be able to work more. But they never do, and your request kind of disappears.
