Company who cares very little about staff - Service Host ASDA Employee Review

Pushy and snappy Managers and Section leaders (supervisors) Use of a contract term of 4 weeks notice to bully staff into doing what ever shift or department they want you on regardless of if you can physically do the shift. Lies about how they are all about staff and mental health help but in most cases where i work they are the cause of the problems. Only cares about money so when someone is on holiday or off sick 9 time out of 10 the shift is left uncovered by choice to save money and even then constantly trying to send people home early to save hours.
