Pros

Very strong team atmosphere where newcomers are welcomed. Even though the company has expanded by leaps and bounds in the last three years, an abiding "high touch" policy recognizes the performance of employees at all levels. This is a great place to lay down a career that offers progression over the long term. A company that is very sensitive to the need to balance a life/work balance and has developed policies to address that need.

Cons

Annual leave could be more generous.

Pros

Training was good. Coworkers are helpful.

Cons

The pay! $18.81/hr is not worth the amount of work you have to do. They told us in training that there would be a minimal of 3 inbound calls. That was a lie. I've had more than 4 calls come through within the first 2 weeks. The amount of outbound calls you have to make are insane. It's a waste of time. And don't do the evenings because you'll do double the work on outbound calls with no pay differential. Everything is on a spreadsheet and the system that you do use doesn't work.
