Bureaucratic organization - Sales ASME Employee Review

Very bureaucratic company with ridiculous expectations. Executive team makes ALL the decisions down to a granular level. Constant revolving door and reorganization, have been through a handful of managers in 4 years. Very little room for growth. Involved in more meetings and projects, lots of talk and projects do not get completed.
