The colleagues were friendly but even that does not offset the crass working environment.

Where do I start ? - Incompetent management, does not provide any guidance or training, you are left to fumble on your own with other colleagues to rely on, leading to a "blind leading the blind" situation. -Management cant and wont accept any faults but is quick to find faults in others. -Lavish job designations with slave labour, you would be doing admin work instead of focusing your time on job related tasks. -Creepy management , women think twice.
