      Pros

      Fun and easygoing colleagues to support.

      Cons

      Very disoriented management, no work life balance. No bonus. You have to work like a robot. You cannot raise concerns and if you do stand up for yourself you will be ridiculed and punished. Poor growth and career prospects. High turnover.

      Pros

      The colleagues were friendly but even that does not offset the crass working environment.

      Cons

      Where do I start ? - Incompetent management, does not provide any guidance or training, you are left to fumble on your own with other colleagues to rely on, leading to a "blind leading the blind" situation. -Management cant and wont accept any faults but is quick to find faults in others. -Lavish job designations with slave labour, you would be doing admin work instead of focusing your time on job related tasks. -Creepy management , women think twice.
