      Sociable, supportive venue team, team has your back when customers are difficult. Some great shows to work with.

      Cons

      Low pay for entry level/ supervisory FOH roles (but unfortunately standard for business). Customers can be difficult to deal with.

      Great company culture, managers care about employee well-being. Salary is good.

      No real cons to speak of. Maybe lunch is too expensive, but that's more of a city problem than a company problem.

      Great money and no real responsibilites. Pick the shifts you want to work and if you dont show nothing happens

      Bad management, disorganization, really dirty surroundings and toxic workplace drama. Favoritism especially if you are male
