Pros
* None. * This is a pure outsourcing/ secondment (In Dutch: detachering firma - Flex contracts) company with thin profit margin which operates for their only "house" client ESA. * Good if you look for temporary employment although clients put the bar high as they seek for candidates with PhD and Master degrees, this gives a false impression that this could be long term employment and eventually lead to direct placement at client.
Cons
* Work contracts can be terminated at any time as you are employed in an outsourcing/ secondment employment construction. See the news about how easy it is to terminate Dutch Flex contracts. * It mainly attracts employees who are not familiar with Dutch Flex work contracts. Jobs look good from the start but do not give long term job security. * Catering to international engineers who are not familiar with Dutch Employment Law. * Few folks of HR and recruitment department take responsibility for their daily business (hard to reach by telephone and email). * Company is mainly a "bodyshop". Stay away from it is your best bet even if it all looks too attractive so you are persuaded to notice your current employment.
