Pros
-Good salaries, superior benefits, smart and intelligent co-workers who work hard. -Great monthly reimbursables for cell phone -Satisfactory tuition reimbursement
Cons
-Small company that does not win any big contracts, most are just a small piece of the bigger pie in where only 1-2 people are on task, often tasks need surge support for work to be completed, this creates a massive burn rate for the contract, it creates unstable work environment. -Employees continuously shift from task to task and the task "leads" are usually over paid figure heads that have way too much time on their hands and mico-manage.
