- The colleagues, young and international team - The two parties on Summer and Christmas
Cons
- Very low salary - A few holidays - Very difficult to get an unlimited contract (and of course only after 2 years of temporary contracts) - Their hiring policy is as follows: hire German people without University studies and foreigners who can't speak German but have studies. - Of course people leave the company as soon as they find something slightly better. - Too young managers who don't half the ability and social skills to lead teams.
