Company is not willing to retain employees: 1. they are saying “you are really good and we are happy with your result but we cannot give you promotion now” 2. They think they can replace 1 old qa with new one easily - if you want to leave they just let you go without any hesitation. You will be constantly switching between projects, you will have to face constant change in priorities and they will expect you to be multitasking every day. QA lead can shout at you or blame you ins rude way in front of everyone and it will be considered normal. If you are unhappy with workflow - no matter how many time you try to change it - it stays same. What can I say. If you can tolerate disrespect - welcome .
