I wasn't quite sure what I was getting myself into when I accepted this position. They offered me a management in training position so I took it. This opportunity was the best thing that could have crossed my path. It taught me how to manage myself , and a team. Helped me personally developed, very hands on training.

I enjoy not only the company but the owner of the company as well. He is very honest, but supportive. He and the company have helped me provide a better life, long term for me and my family. You've got to work for what you want in life, your goals and dreams have to be there, along with a strong work ethic. This has pushed me harder and I am held accountable to reach my goals. Our company not only allows this to happen, but pushes you harder and harder to make those goals a reality. The support system, learning tools, and work environment here at Avaler are next to none.
