      Nothing whatsoever, a scam they don’t mention upfront

      Cons

      They are door to door sales, knocking on doors with bad deals. They don’t tell you they are door to door until way later, and lie about average pay.

      Pros

      I wasn't quite sure what I was getting myself into when I accepted this position. They offered me a management in training position so I took it. This opportunity was the best thing that could have crossed my path. It taught me how to manage myself , and a team. Helped me personally developed, very hands on training.

      The people are really nice

      This is a pyramid scheme designed to be as "sales and consulting". You go door to door while the "CEO" gets rich off your work while sitting in the office all day hitting on female staff.
