Before working at Avaler, I walked around as an uninspired, aimless individual. With Antonio and his team’s guidance and culture, I felt tremendous about the path I was heading down every day. The field days are tough sometimes - Pittsburgh is cold, you need to convince people that you’re trustworthy at the door in a matter of seconds.... but overall it’s great. Loved my team as well

Some experienced people on staff, but they just kinda give anyone a shot. Commission structure sucks too, it’s hard to plan anything when you don’t know what you make

I enjoy not only the company but the owner of the company as well. He is very honest, but supportive. He and the company have helped me provide a better life, long term for me and my family. You've got to work for what you want in life, your goals and dreams have to be there, along with a strong work ethic. This has pushed me harder and I am held accountable to reach my goals. Our company not only allows this to happen, but pushes you harder and harder to make those goals a reality. The support system, learning tools, and work environment here at Avaler are next to none.
