      Pros

      Great culture at the property level. Solid communication from the corporate level. The pay is great and the expectations are high. It’s a great company focused on developing leaders.

      Cons

      Some of the management structure is a bit confusing but overall there are very few cons.

      There are many pros. They pay is good, the expectations are achievable, and leadership is transparent with their expectations. They take the team members input into consideration if it is beneficial to the company or the team. You need to believe in yourself to achieve the expectations and be successful.
