      A lot of talent in engineering field. Many hard working individuals. May be a good place to start your career but not to be here long term

      Management not really all that good. Seems to be yes men and let Gratz take lead on everything.

      New opportunities every day and never boring. Able to lead yourself and make decisions for your accounts.

      Cons

      Politics (as normal) with global companies. Market slow downs effect the company greatly
