      Pros

      Kind respectful collegues and managers. They definitly hire team players. Salary is market rate and maybe a little better for entry level positions.

      Cons

      Because AVL is a solution partner to a lot of companies. Sometimes projects you work on are not great or they are not appropriate for your career ambitions. Skillset and project mismatch happens from time to time.

      New opportunities every day and never boring. Able to lead yourself and make decisions for your accounts.

      Cons

      Politics (as normal) with global companies. Market slow downs effect the company greatly
