      Very friendly and helpful working environment, chances to get involved in many different projects, bussiness trips expenses are covered, trust system for working time ( self logging for working time ), fun events from time to time

      No 13th month salary, few bonuses

      Politics (as normal) with global companies. Market slow downs effect the company greatly
