Systemic Racism; Not Pro-female architects; Bullying and Harassment by Some of the Employers and Employees; Burnouts; Poor Management, and Micromanaging; A Very Toxic Workplace and a Blame Game Culture You are punished for speaking up when you report mistreatment, while those who mistreat you are rewarded. ... and worse, rather than giving you time off after being forced to use your personal time to work over 60 plus hours, you are told to use your vacation, and sick days until it's exhausted. Then after you are left with nothing, your salary is deducted, when you take a day off to rejuvenate.
