Pros

If you like to get a very easy account this will be your go to company. Most of their account are taxi account.

Cons

The pay is unbelievably very low. The management are not organized. This company needs a lot of improvement in terms of organizing in training, implementation of processes, hiring competent trainers , tl's and a lot more. They lack of benefits not within the standard benefits most BPO companies have, no incentives and allowances. You even have to pay for your lanyard which cost 150, even tshirts that most company in bpo are just giving away for perks, here you'll buy it for 550. There is no sleeping lounge for agents, there is no chairs and tables for a pantry where you can eat or relax. They even sell their foods for much higher price, the only good thing in their pantry is you can make 'utang' of the foods there. The comfort rooms are very dirty, you will have to flushed it yourself if youll be using the cr, there is no tissue even availble for their comfort rooms. They prioritize their client more than the agent who are working for them. If in any case the client will like to remove you from their account, you will be remove without any due process. In all my experience in BPO this company is by far the worse I've been..if you like to experience the nightmare then apply here..

Pros

Quick hiring process, I recevied job offer the next day.

Cons

Very few details presented during job offer so I wasted 2 days for the training. Your hire date is after training not when you sign the job offer. Payroll processing time is 15 days so if you start on the 5th you will get your first salary on the 30th for your 9 days of work. No PTO other than the 5 days mandated SIL which you can avail after a year. If you resign, you need to render at least 60 days and have to train your replacement. Salary is very low for those with experience. No HMO, No free coffee, no proper sleeping room. You pay for the medical requirements while other companies I've worked with shouldered it. Cafeteria prices is very high.
