Cons
- Salary is too low for the actual job responsibilities - No Overtime Pay, only offset. Sometimes when you request for offset, they don't count it as offset, but a rest day, it means you're not paid for that day. - Some Supervisors and Team Leaders are power trippers - They give you 3 months of training, but only have 12 actual days of proper training within the 3rd month and will endorse you to production after - They will give you some tasks that you're not even trained - When you ask for help with your TL, instead that you receive a help, you will get more workload - Benefits are not good enough - Expensive pantry's product, it's even get more expensive when you use your perks points to buy a product - Meetings with TL, AS and OM are sometimes useless, they don't care about the concerns of their tech
