11yAs stated elsewhere on this page, it is true that our compensation plan is based heavily on commission, and we have found that this draws very strong sales people to our company who are looking for uncapped commission structure that they may not be able to find elsewhere. It is not a suitable plan for everyone, and this is why we give specific compensation information for the position during the application process.
Company profits are indeed shared with employees through our 401(k) profit sharing plan. You do not have to make individual contributions to this plan in order to receive a profit share. If you need any information about how the profit share works, please speak with HR or AADCO's Edward Jones Representative, as this is a significant benefit that you should take advantage of.
We strive to offer our employees a competitive benefits package, and we make substantial contributions to both health premiums and deductibles. In addition to our health plan, we offer full dental coverage, disability coverage, life insurance and 401(k) plan.
I am disappointed to see that you are not happy with your experience here. I would suggest speaking with an employee in Human Resources to identify ways you can maximize your benefits package.
