Pros
Abalta is small but it's comprised of very diverse and highly intelligent people. Everyone gets along surprisingly well. Projects can be challenging at times but management maintains a good work-life balance and I rarely find myself working the weekends - when I do it's usually by personal choice. There are plenty of opportunities to learn and grow within Abalta. It's a great place to work.
Cons
Projects can get off to a rocky start. However, I am optimistic that as the experience level of the engineers and project managers continues to increase this problem will be resolved in time.

It had decent people, and a clear mission. I always got treated squarely and fairly. I'd be happy to work with any of its former employees that I worked with, except for some technically weak people.
Cons
Any cons I list would be out of date as of the time of this review.
Horrific rollover of employees, hire and replace-- over and over. Product Dept poorly executed, user experience was dismal and product never worked for internal team, much less in real world. Services had great development opportunites and couldn't follow through.
