Amazing work culture with opportunities for growth, and awesome for building skillset due to the variety of the overall job duties and loved the knowledge I learned about different industries

Culture itself is great! They have many fun activities. The first 6 months are great!

While the owner and his family are amazing, Management is not good, they promise you can move up in the company so easily yet expect an extreme amount of absolutely perfect calls. At times due to lack of personal I have had to take over 200 calls. I was once written up for attempting to end the 4 calls I was on. Since we are expect to be on at least 3 calls at a time. I was expected to continue answering Calls meanwhile my “team” were each on 1 call. I had been on 4 back to back for at least an hour. I was the only one written up. I was denied the two raises they offer within a year stating that my calls didn’t have good quality when for the longest time I was practically the only one taking calls on my team. Reaching up to 6 calls all at once without any help. The bilingual pay isn’t great.
