It’s great to hear your manager helped make sure your workload was manageable and you enjoyed the environment here. We try hard to make sure people get to know each other and have fun together, and we’ve gotten great feedback on our happy hours and social activities. Thanks for your advice about management and promoting others into leadership positions. Like every company, we’ll always have room for improvement, but upward mobility is something we focus on fiercely. We have a structured professional development program in place to help our employees grow their skills and advance their careers, and we’re proud that many employees have built successful careers with us. We are privately owned by 14 current employees, most of whom started in junior positions, and that number will only continue to increase. Our independence will continue to be one of our most enduring strengths now and in the future.
