There is a positive store team culture
Great opportunities to progress as the turnover of staff is so high.
Cons
Have to beg to be paid correctly or on time. Multiple issues with every paycheck, being underpaid or not being paid at all.
Area management has not got a clue about anything to do with retail, but Is extremely patronising and passive aggressive, Micromanagement is extreme, but the basics (getting paid correctly) are pushed aside, or ignored.
The company has no sense of direction. They view themselves as premium, yet no one else does.
Extremely harsh on staff for meeting sales targets, despite customers just not liking the cheap quality products.
Company culture is the worst I have ever seen.
