Zero flexibility for most staff to work from home due to the manager not trusting their staff, unless you are in a management position. Very unsocial and hostile environment, wasn’t introduced to anyone in my team when I started, took 3 months for me to actually meet everyone in my team. Poor pay rates and hard to take leave. One rule for one employee and one for another
Good perks if you like live music. Good benefits if they were made more accessible and advertised rather than sit on an outdated intranet.
Cons
Literally made me hate live music. The mid pay, negative competitive culture and lack of management skills are justified with "this is the music industry, we're all so lucky to work in it".
