Pros
Most of the teams are absolutely lovely, helpful and professional. They genuinely care about live music, the safety and enjoyment of fans, and are doing the best they can.
Cons
There are some heads of department that feel very "old school", from a time in business where you got ahead by bringing down others. We're all working towards the same goal, that is unnecessary and unprofessional. The marketing department cannot manage their workload, but the head of that department seems too insecure to delegate, meaning nothing gets done. Lastly, have you seen the HR department? Not sure they exist outside of requesting onboarding forms...
