Hot tempered audit partner who always shout on the staff at public workplace. He will even criticise, insulting and threaten staff during notice period/ leaving the firm. Respect means nothing to him being as a result-oriented person. Certain management likes to criticise on time management skill and put the blames to staff when the deadline is around the corner.

Nothing I can think of.

Usually I don’t write negative review of the company I worked at, however, when I saw those positive reviews which indeed are not true, I felt rather angry and disappointed because these false information can be misleading for fresh graduates who is enthusiastic and passionate to start their accounting career. The positive reviews are written by the partners to attract young and gullible job seekers to join the firm as they realised people are not applying to their firm due to the negative reviews be it online, social media or word of mouth but these are in fact true and personally experienced by myself so I have to stand up and reveal it to whoever reading the reviews. If the management wants to attract talents then they should change the way they treat people, their management style and working culture instead of deceiving people on job search websites.
