Pros
- There is a lot of opportunities to give your feedback and make improvements to the processes/structure of how we do things - Management is very open to feedback and making improvements based on that feedback - There is an opportunity to grow here (and to learn) - A lot of processes to help you get the job done, you know what is expected of you/your role and very organized overall - Great culture - it's a small team so you get to know everyone on the team very well - There is always something you can be doing (client work, process work, business improvements, etc.)
Cons
- Agency life is not for everyone - there is "work hard, play hard "- so you will be working hard at a very fast-paced agency handling multiple clients and projects at once - It is growing fast - so there are some growing pains in terms of adjusting quickly to new things and creating new processes
