“Up or Out” older employees mocked and fired - Program Manager Accenture Federal Services Employee Review

The pyramid structure means the majority of the employees are under 30. Discrimination against older employees is rampant and encouraged. It was not uncommon to hear CL 10s and 11s openly say “old people need to go.” HR did nothing Eventually the majority of employees get fired and new CL11s get hired at low salaries. It’s the worst business culture I’ve ever worked in.
