      - No solid/not many career paths as a developer/architect - Over time, expected to move into management/sales despite technical expertise and ability - Pay is not up to par with other software company developers - Many people that are not good managers or not competent slip through the cracks - Very sales and business focused. Hard to exist as a developer long term
