Concerns about behaviour — including bullying and exclusionary conduct — are not consistently addressed, especially when they involve individuals in higher level roles. There is a widespread belief among staff that integrity issues are not taken seriously, and that some individuals appear to be shielded from consequences regardless of their conduct. Internal politics often outweigh proper process. Employees who raise issues often feel unsupported, and formal reporting pathways rarely lead to visible outcomes. HR’s deep involvement in day to day project matters can contribute to micromanagement and inconsistent treatment across teams. Overall, the culture does not feel psychologically safe, and many staff avoid speaking up due to fear of negative consequences.
