I am learning actually how to manage people and tasks. Before with previos management the micromanagement did not allow managers to actually manage. It is a metrics driven company now. We were actually able to knock out a problem that had been unattainable under previous management. Thrilled to actually be learning. No matter what I do in the future, here or some where else, I feel I will be much more ready.

PTO needs to be better. Benefits are ok.

Pay was not enough for the amount of work done Management random tangents of power getting to their heads and would attempt to overshadow people at work, without knowing majority concepts on their own.
