Accudata Systems was one of the best companies I have ever worked for. They pride themselves on a work/life balance and they truly deliver.

Can't think of any cons

Upper management seemed really good. Most managers were hands off but willing to help any time you needed it.

Didn't seem like the MSP was created by anyone who knows the MSP world or business model. A lot left on the table when it came to efficiency because they were selling MSP contracts the same way they would sell one-time projects.
