Team is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and passionate about what they do. The facility is state-of-the-art and reflects the mission of being the world leader in micro molding. The little extras have been nice, like free lunches during some meetings, a clothing allowance each year, and company outings like golf and Christmas party.

Can be a fast-paced and highly detail oriented environment, which may feel intense for those unaccustomed to high standards. The current growth means high levels of stress, sometimes. Advancement may require patience and persistence, depending on the department. But the projected growth means new opportunities will be available.
