Pros
Accurex is a fast growing business unit within a mature manufacturing business so it has the best of both worlds: stability AND heavy investment into new technologies, people, processes, and growth. It is largely a ground floor opportunity that is pulling in talented people and giving them a chance to rewrite the rules and make an impact. There is significant career opportunity for individuals yet in a fun, cohesive team atmosphere. I'm stoked to work here.
Cons
Accurex is the underdog in their market... a distant #2. This is challenging work that requires scratching , clawing, and competing hard to achieve success. Not a con for me--the opposite, in fact--but for some that could be a big negative.
