Most of the positions are remote.
Cons
Toxic burnout culture. This place does not reward top performers. Rather, they are used until they burn out, then replaced with a new unsuspecting person who previously worked for a carrier for less money. Horrible HR support. You can only get ahead if you’re a favorite and work to hide all of the poor decisions made by management.
