Opportunity for decent pay, owner is very nice
Cons
Incentive pay means you can work hard for years and be paid well then all of a sudden get hurt (which happens easily with hard manual labor) and struggle not to lose your pay rate, many slower selectors these days get in your way making it hard to make your rate and increase work load for the most dedicated guys, frequent call outs mean responsible employees end up working longer days than we should, sometimes pay check comes as late as Monday when it used to always come Friday meaning you have no money during your only time off; the weekend, good employees don't feel valued and leave
