10yThank you for your feedback. AceInfo values all of our employees. We offer excellent benefits and little to no cost, we recognize employees with monthly and end of year awards an luncheons. We have a generous leave policy that allows employees to go negative when needed, especially useful for those that need to travel overseas. If you had concerns, the best way to solve them would have been to bring them to the attention of your PM, HR, any executive, or the anonymous tip line. All government contractors have labor categories and salary targets to maintain in order to remain profitable--that is often out of the direct managers line of control. If you were unsatisfied with your salary, bringing that to the attention of your manager or HR would have been the best avenue for you. Many employees in the KC area have been promoted within the project and then got raises accordingly.
