Flexible hours made it easy to balance with my school schedule. The training was helpful and the team was always supportive. It felt good to be helping students in a meaningful way!

While I enjoy the work I do, it is not fully satisfying because I don't get compensated in a timely manner. Paychecks take so long to receive despite sending it to them right on time which is at the end of the month. I was told by ACE to expect my paycheck next week which is a month from submitting my hours! Wow...how efficient can they be! (sarcastic)
