Pros
People work their tails off to keep this company afloat, regularly more than 60 hours a week to accommodate the multiple time zones. This is a pro because they have good, quality people who care enough to put in the hours.
Cons
Leadership micromanages, is verbally abusive and greedy. Primary focus is selling the company. No appreciation for employees. CEO splitting his time between Australia and US. His family relocated to Australia this past summer. Commitment to US market long term very questionable.
