Pros
I have worked for Acendre previously so I am a returning employee and from my past experience I can tell refresh in upper management has changed Acendre for good. * They genuinely care about people and their welfare (we have free for all Fridays once a month atleast end of current year and we have a Christmas break and I don't know any other company doing that currently) * Focus on growing APAC region and clients * Wonderful people to work with * Extremely remote working friendly, and they work hard to enable an adaptable work environment to people's individual needs (family, schedules, etc) * The company has a strong focus on diversity and inclusion No company is perfect, but they work hard to identify where they're lacking and figure out how to improve.
