      Did not come come across any pros up until now

      Cons

      Acendre is like to fail completely in 2 yrs. First fired all developers in Australia to hire in India, later fired all developer in India to hire in Australia again. Problem is not developer. Problem is the product and the product team. So many other good company to work for.

      The benefits are great and the transparency from leadership is something to appreciate! The want for growth and improvement of the company is easily seen.
